Mr. Chen is a seasoned litigator who has extensive experience in handling lawsuits and disputes involving trustee/beneficiary disputes, partition sales, real estate disputes, and business disputes. He also represents clients in matters involving serious injuries (i.e. dog bites, slip and falls, car accidents, wrongful death, brain injuries, nursing home accidents, etc.) and sexual abuse (i.e. rape, revenge porn, harassment, etc.). He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal court, state court, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and mediations.
